Upcoming Kindergarten Student Resources / Information

If you have an upcoming kindergarten student for the 2020-2021 school year, please feel free to click on the "For Parents" tab and Kindergarten Resources link to find important information regarding kindergarten at Rock Ridge Elementary.  You will also find links to specific resources that will assist you throughout the summer. If you have an upcoming kindergarten student and have yet to enroll them, please contact the school at 252-399-7955 to receive guidance on the enrollment process.

Board of Education Meeting - Dec. 9

The Wilson County Board of Education will meet for its regular meeting on Dec. 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the Central Office Boardroom (113 NE Tarboro St.).

Celebrating Our Results

WCS now ranks 58th in the state for overall proficiency out of 115 school districts - up one ranking from last year! In 2015-16, our rank was 90th and in 2016-17 our rank increased slightly to 89th. For the last three school years, we've had the highest increase in proficiency OF ANY DISTRICT IN THE STATE!!!!
